Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge is required.
• Basic arithmetic and counting skills are essential.
• Related work experience in inventory/warehouse administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run reports and manage administrative tasks in the warehouse.
• Communicate with managers daily regarding production time for all shifts.
• Receive and review fill rate numbers for all shifts.
• Record information and generate documents for management.
• Review paperwork from production lines and ensure accurate data processing.
• Import food safety training into the system.
• Review transfer reports to ensure correct department allocation.
• Investigate and report time clock issues to help desk.
• Analyze inventory transactions and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with material inventory control and reconcile with warehouse system.
