Job summary

JBS is seeking a Supply Chain, Procurement & Transportation professional in Ottumwa, Iowa. The role involves handling receipts, goods movements, invoicing, and related procurement tasks within a structured 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates have a High School degree or equivalent and possibly a 2-year business credential or experience; SAP and MS Office proficiency are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 year business degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run receipt reports for each date received.
• Goods receipts.
• Issue/Reverse Goods Receipts.
• Monitor Receiver Workflow documents.
• Invoicing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain good attendance (less than 3 points for internal candidates).
• Typical hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
