The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and prefer a 2-year business degree or relevant experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and good communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
• 2 year business degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP and data entry.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Good attendance record for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Record good receipts daily in SAP.
• Stamp receipts with current date.
• File by delivery date.
• Run receipt reports for each date received.
• Data entry of goods receipts and packing slips/invoices.
• Inventory control via Goods Receipts issuance/reversal.
• Monitor Receiver Workflow documents and invoicing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
