Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Warehouse Receiver to join our logistics team in Charleroi, WA. You will process PO receipts in SAP, enter material movement data, and help maintain accurate inventory records while coordinating with suppliers and internal customers.

This on-site role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and willingness to work overtime to meet shipping and receiving deadlines. You will contribute to continuous improvements in inventory control processes and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse receiving and inventory management.
• Ability to work with SAP for receipts and movements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Willingness to work overtime and adhere to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Process PO receipts into SAP.
• Enter material movement data in SAP.
• Respond to inquiries regarding receipts, invoices, shipments, and counts.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
• Schedule incoming deliveries from suppliers and carriers.
• Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips with POs.
• Label incoming goods before storage.
• Maintain correct inventory quantities in the warehouse.
• Receive orders from customers and fulfill them promptly.
• Inspect shipments for damages; report discrepancies to supervisor/QA.
• Sort, count, package, label, log items shipped/received.
• Maintain KPIs related to inventory control processes.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Exhibit continuous improvement-oriented behavior.

• Processes and input all PO receipts into SAP including in-transit material
• Be responsible for entering material movement data within SAP system
• Maintain a good working relationship with internal customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner
• Organize and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Schedule incoming deliveries from suppliers and carriers
• Receive and unload incoming materials and compares information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipments
• Be responsible for labeling of incoming goods before storage
• Maintain the correct quantities of inventory for the warehouse
• Receive orders from customers and fills them in a timely manner
• Inspect shipments for damages or defects. Records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or QA department
• Sort, count, packages, ensures proper labeling, unpacks and/or logs inventory that is shipped, received or kitted
• Maintain Key Performance Indicators related to the inventory control processes
• Ability to work overtime
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations
