Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing bills of lading and shipping orders, receiving inbound shipments, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to GMPs and safety policies. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand shipping/receiving documents; data entry into systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials and record shipment data.
• Prepare outbound product with seals and labels and stage for pickup using equipment.
• Receive inbound deliveries, verify contents, and record receipts in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous, timely manner; investigate shipping issues and costs.
• Perform routine clerical tasks: filing, sorting, printing, copying, faxing.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with GMPs.
