Job summary

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort on the Oregon coast is seeking a Receiving Clerk who ensures shipments are accurate and inventories are up to date. You will help keep departments stocked and contribute to smooth daily operations behind the scenes.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in receiving or warehouse work, can lift 50 pounds, and are comfortable with basic MS Word/Excel tasks. A valid driver’s license is a plus for occasional local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills for inventory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Accept shipments from carriers and vendors.
• Verify items meet quality standards and accuracy.
• Log inventory into warehouse software and file paperwork.
• Unpack, label, and organize products and supplies.
• Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Safely store products in proper stock areas.
• Support inventory control and warehouse organization.
