Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, located on the Oregon Coast, is seeking a friendly Starter Ranger to greet guests, share course information, and help ensure a smooth round from the first tee to the final hole. You will monitor pace of play, protect the course, and keep the starter area organized, while delivering warm and knowledgeable service to players of all levels.

Qualifications

• Familiar with golf rules and etiquette; able to explain to guests.
• Ability to manage pace of play and maintain course flow.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet groups with warmth, share course information, and set up a great round.
• Monitor pace of play, coordinate with staff, and nudge groups as needed.
• Share on‑course knowledge from yardage markers to Turnstands.
• Remind players to replace divots, repair marks, and rake bunkers.
• Maintain a clean, organized starter area and respond calmly to incidents.
• Be prepared for emergencies and know equipment locations.
