Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking a Receiving Staff member in Bend, Oregon to manage the intake and distribution of materials for the resort.

The role involves loading, unloading, and accurately pulling orders, with attention to detail in a physically demanding environment across indoor and outdoor areas. Applicants should have a high school diploma (college preferred) and a current driver’s license; fluency with MS Office/Outlook is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer 2+ years of college.
• Strong math skills and accurate data entry are essential.
• Good computer operations skills including MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Pull food, beverage, and other materials according to a pull list.
• Load carts for transportation in correct fashion.
• Unload and offload carts to correct locations.
• Transport materials safely to locations.
• Receive freight into correct locations and document transfers.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
• Be an active member of Safety Huddle.
• Maintain documentation of product movement.
