Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Oregon is hiring for a friendly front desk guest services role. You will welcome guests, check them in and out, answer questions, book reservations, and coordinate with spa and shuttle services.

We value guest-focused communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask under pressure. A flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is required, and the resort offers comprehensive benefits and golf privileges.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is highly valued.
• Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain a positive attitude, a professional manner, and an impeccable appearance in all situations.
• Applicants must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
• Preferably possess a working knowledge of Visual One.

Note To Applicants

• This is a year-round role that requires a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability. Our resort operates seven days a week, with Sundays being the busiest day.
