Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Receiving Clerk to verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipment, and ensure accurate routing to departments. You will interact with guests and team members, upholding hospitality standards in a fast-paced resort setting.

Responsibilities include selecting shipment methods, labeling, assembling containers, using lifting equipment, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience welcomed.
• Tribal preference for Mescalero Apache is noted.
• Ability to demonstrate hospitality behaviors and standards.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record incoming/outgoing shipments against bills of lading and invoices.
• Determine shipment methods and affix labels.
• Assemble containers and prepare items for shipment.
• Move shipments with lift truck or hand truck; maintain packing material inventory.
• Address guest inquiries and support hospitality goals.
