Job summary

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, CA is seeking a Receiving Clerk to provide excellent customer service, process daily receiving documents, and ensure compliance with policy and ethics. You will inspect incoming items, maintain receiving logs, coordinate with Purchasing, and support inventory activities while maintaining a safe, courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must possess a valid CA Driver's License.
Must be able to stand, bend for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

Organize and deliver daily receiving documents and product to appropriate department.
Inspect items being received off the purchase order for quality and freshness.
Maintain daily receiving log documenting receipt activity by invoice and supplier.
Interact with Purchasing to address shortages and ensure items are as ordered.
Directly involved in monthly inventory.
Communicate shortages or concerns to other departments.
Maintain the central warehouse and receiving dock.
Wear appropriate attire for a safe environment.
Contribute to maintaining Fantasy Springs Resort Casino standards and team environment.
