Herff Jones in Indianapolis is seeking a Receiving Clerk to efficiently ship and receive orders. Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor, you will unload trailers, document received materials, and route items to the appropriate areas.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in a shipping role, and English proficiency. The role may require overtime and Saturday work during peak seasons; basic Word/Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a shipping position.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Overtime and Saturdays during busy seasons.
• Proficient in Word/Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers as they arrive.
• Document and check-in materials received.
• Distribute products throughout the facility.
• Move materials through the plant and warehouse.
• Process daily orders and route packages via UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.
• Report inventory levels of shipping materials to the lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Enter inventory records into the Inventory Management System.
