Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations within our Indianapolis store environment. The role includes unloading, auditing, and staging products to recover store inventory, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Minimum eligibility emphasizes 1-2 years in warehousing, forklift experience, and solid communication. The position offers both full-time and part-time arrangements and requires adaptability to peak-season demands and varying weather

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Ensure products are stored properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
