Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving/dispatch preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak simple English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Review bills of lading and unload approvals; manage documentation.
• Communicate with drivers, receiving staff, other departments and leadership.
• Arrange receiving details and maintain inbound freight records.
• Create and run reports; research issues and maintain audits.
• Assist with unloading freight and delivering special orders.
• Cross-train in other functions as needed.
