Job summary

FOX Factory in Baxter, MN is seeking a detail-oriented service facility inspector to receive and inspect all incoming products. You will document condition, coordinate with shippers to rectify damages, and use advanced inspection methods. You’ll assemble/disassemble components and advise on supplies as needed, supporting overall quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a repair/service environment required.
• Ability to understand and execute detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and inspects incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and coordinates with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Inspect and document the condition of the product.
• Advise Service Manager of unusual occurrences seen on product.
• Uses advanced inspection methods when receiving products.
• Assembles/reassembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.
• Advise Service manager when supplies are needed to perform tasks.
• Assists shipping completed components to customers.
• Assists shipping defective material back to vendors.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment by adhering to all departmental procedures and safety regulations.

Position Summary
