Position Summary

• Leads and motivates team to ensure quality performance, cost parameters, accuracy and speed.
• Arranges daily team meetings to focus on smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Trains new workers on department processes and operation of specific equipment.

• Lifting up to 50 lbs. on regular basis
• Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
