Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group in Fort Wayne is seeking a dedicated Receiver to join Parkhurst Dining. You’ll help ensure fresh, safe products flow into our kitchens and support a fun, family-friendly team.

As a receiver, you will inspect deliveries for weight and quality, verify HACCP compliance, label and rotate stock, and keep storage areas clean. This role is on-site and ideal for team players who value reliability and safety in food handling.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect orders received to ensure correct weight, quality and quantity.
• Check all products in accordance with HACCP regulations, including rotation of stock as received (FIFO).
• Date all products individually.
• Put orders away in a timely manner.
• Clean all food storage areas.
