Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Receiver for Parkhurst Dining in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on inspecting incoming orders for weight, quality, and quantity, and ensuring HACCP-compliant storage and FIFO rotation.

Qualifications

• Standing and walking 100% of time.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect orders to verify weight, quality and quantity.
• Rotate stock per HACCP standards (FIFO).
• Date all products and place into storage promptly.
• Maintain clean food storage areas.
