Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Receiver for Parkhurst Dining to join our team in a values-driven environment. You will inspect orders for weight, quality and quantity, ensure HACCP compliance, rotate stock (FIFO), and properly date and store items.

Successful candidates will be able to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, and perform duties to maintain clean storage areas. Opportunities for growth and employee discounts are highlighted in our benefits.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect orders received to ensure correct weight, quality and quantity.
• Check all products in accordance with HACCP regulations, including rotation of stock as received (FIFO).
• Date all products individually.
• Put orders away in a timely manner.
• Clean all food storage areas.
