The Catering Attendant and Server supports our mission and values by assisting in the successful operation of venue and catered events.

The Catering Attendant and Server primary responsibilities will include:

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with customers and co-workers to ensure a successful event.


• Be pleasant and alert to customers' needs.


• Work as a \"team\" to ensure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer.


• Prepare products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines.


• Assemble and deliver food and beverages to customers quickly and efficiently.


• Operate and maintain food/drink/treat related equipment properly and safely.


• Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of venue & catered events.


• Stock and execute proper rotation of products.


• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar and dining area including tables, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.


• Set up tables, chairs, linens, food displays, following guidelines provided by Bistro Supervisor


• Bus Tables, wash dishes, shine silver, fold napkins as needed.


• Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to the supervisor.


• Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.


• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisor.
