Job summary

Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Warehouse Receiving Clerk to manage deliveries at our Cambridge facility. You will verify shipments, sign for deliveries, unload goods, and update inventory to ensure accurate stock records.

The role requires good communication, attention to safety, basic math, and experience with inventory software. This is an onsite, day-shift position with per diem pay.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Warehouse/Receiving experience 2-3 years preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Safe operation of forklifts and familiarity with warehouse safety regulations.
• Basic math and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Compare purchase orders with invoices and packing lists.
• Inspect deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.
• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Unload deliveries from trucks.
• Process returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
• Organize and store received items; update inventory.
