Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inbound deliveries at our Cambridge site. You will verify orders, sign for shipments, unload items and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing incoming deliveries to a warehouse or factory by verifying and signing for shipments, unloading and storing the received items, and processing any returns.

Essential Functions


  • Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.

  • Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria.

  • Receiving and signing for deliveries.

  • Unloading deliveries from trucks.

  • Processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.

  • Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.

  • Updating inventory with received items.


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Experience

Warehouse/Receiving Experience 2-3 years preferred


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

  • Physical dexterity and experience operating forklifts.

  • Basic math skills.
