RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an Electrical Engineer at the onsite level to contribute to the Receiver, Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) team. The Receiver, Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) department is composed of an energetic multi-disciplinary team working collaboratively with internal and external customers and programs to provide mission ready capabilities to our warfighters. We research, develop, design, and integrate electrical (Analog, Power, RF/Microwave, and Digital) components, embedded and digital signal processing software, equipment, systems, sub-systems, and networks for the defense of domestic and foreign purposes.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
