RTX is seeking a software engineer to contribute to system integration of distributed signal processing systems running Linux. This onsite role in the US involves developing C++ embedded and real-time algorithms and collaborating with hardware and software teams.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
• C++ software development experience.
• Experience using Linus *.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with developer tools (Git, CMake, GoogleTest, gdb, profilers, Jira, Jenkins, UML).
• Embedded software development experience.
• Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).
• Experience with scripting (Python, shell, bash).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
