Job summary

GURR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC in The Colony, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Rebuild Coordinator to bridge our Mitigation (MIT) team and the rebuild process. You will review incoming rebuild opportunities, set them up for production in JobNimbus, and serve as a friendly point of contact for customers as projects move forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, restoration, insurance claims, or related coordination/admin roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Qualify rebuild jobs from MIT and determine scope for reconstruction.
• Create and set up rebuild jobs in JobNimbus with accurate customer, property, and scope details.
• Serve as secondary point of contact for customers, providing status updates and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate with the mitigation team to gather documentation, estimates, and photos for rebuild scopes.
• Maintain accurate records across job management systems throughout the rebuild lifecycle.
• Communicate with adjusters, vendors, and internal teams to keep jobs on track.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, scope gaps, or customer concerns and elevate as needed.
• Support the rebuild team with administrative tasks as jobs progress.
