THOMPSON MACHINERY is seeking a Rebuild Coordinator in Tennessee. You will oversee the coordination of equipment rebuild projects while serving as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment service or rebuilds is required.
• Prior experience in a lead, coordinator, or senior technician role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job scopes and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of rebuild jobs including scheduling and parts ordering.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing updates throughout the rebuild process.
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects meet quality and cost expectations.
