Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Math, or Economics preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex pharmaceutical rebate reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve payment disputes.
• Provide coaching, training, and subject matter expertise to analysts/Senior analysts.
• Lead cross-functional projects, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency through automation, financial controls, and continuous improvement.
• Develop business requirements, documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform analysis, reporting, testing, and root cause investigations to support business objectives.
