Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Rebate Reconciliation Process Manager to lead complex rebates, coach analysts, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with Invoicing, Research, Accounting, Client Support and Trade Relations to deliver value and reduce client drug spend.

The role focuses on automation, financial controls and solving escalated issues in a fast-paced, health‑care environment. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial analysis or reconciliation or related roles.
• High proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex rebate reconciliations, investigate variances and resolve disputes.
• Provide coaching and training to analysts and senior analysts.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and process improvements.
• Drive efficiency via automation, controls and continuous improvement.
• Create business requirements, SOPs, and training materials.
• Analyze, report, test and investigate root causes to support objectives.
