Safe Life US LLC in Franklin, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Rebate Processor to join our growing team. The role focuses on processing AEDs and devices from rebate and trade-in programs, ensuring accurate receipt, documentation, and workflow in our warehouse management system.

You will work with the Rebate Coordinator and warehouse staff to ensure timely claim submissions, maintain records for audits, assist with recertification and general warehouse operations, and follow safety

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, receiving, or admin processing preferred.
• Experience with serialized inventory or medical devices is a plus.
• Intermediate Excel and Outlook proficiency; quick system learning.

Aufgaben

• Receive and process AEDs and devices from rebate/trade-in programs and verify details.
• Record device information and complete WMS transactions to keep inventory aligned.
• Identify ineligible, damaged, or unidentified devices and escalate questions.
• Partner with Rebate Coordinator on claim processing and check preparation.
• Maintain documentation for rebate submissions and audits.
• Support recertification, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, following safety rules.
