• Investigate issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze to prevent future rebate errors.
• Collect rebates deemed invalid from customers.
• Support special projects as directed by management.
• Analyze, review, and process rebate claim files promptly.
• Maintain approval limit: total rebates under $500,000, per policy.
• Adhere to write-off tolerance up to $2,500 per disputed line.
• Resolve discrepancies among sales, customers, and finance on rebate claims promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate crediting and reporting.
• Monitor rebate claims to prevent overpayments.
• Coordinate with finance and sales to prevent discrepancies.
