Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Finance professional in Deerfield, IL to lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budgeting activities. You will develop analytical models on supplier profitability and rebate performance, and manage rebate programs across Segmentation/Vistex with data integrity across ERP systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in data sciences, finance, or economics (MBA a plus) with 3+ years in Finance or Business Analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data sciences, finance, or economics; MBA a plus.
• 3+ years of related experience in Finance or Business Analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with FP&A, SAP, Vistex, reporting, analytics, and Excel modeling preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting activities.
• Develop models to analyze supplier profitability and rebates.
• Manage rebate programs in Segmentation/Vistex and analyze product-level impact.
• Ensure data setup and ERP/rebate system integration.
• Support supplier contract lifecycle with financial analysis and tracking.
• Collaborate with Vistex consultants and internal teams to define requirements.
• Present analyses of P&L impact to stakeholders.
• Identify automated solutions to improve routine tasks.
• Align with supplier managers on reporting changes.
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A and other stakeholders.
