Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Sr Analyst, Retail, Regional Finance in Deerfield, IL to join a regional finance team. You will lead monthly financial analyses, prepare reporting packages, and provide insights to Regional Administration and Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial analysis and reporting for Regional Administration and Finance leadership.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting to Regional, Divisional, Branch, and Corporate stakeholders.
• Provide financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
• Partner with Regional, Divisional, and Branch leadership to improve operating performance, profitability, and financial results.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX requirements and company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and monthly management narratives.
• Participate in the month-end close process, including journal entries and financial statement review.
• Identify and develop opportunities to improve regional profitability and business performance.
• Lead financial training and development sessions for Regional, Divisional, and Branch personnel.
