Nutrien seeks a Sr Manager, Retail, Regional Finance in Deerfield, IL to lead financial support for the region and drive profitability. The role collaborates with corporate and operations to forecast capital and perform detailed analyses, while delivering timely reports to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
MBA, CPA, CFA or CMA is preferred.
8+ years of practical financial experience required.
Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills essential.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for increased profitability with corporate and operations management.
Coordinate budgets, strategic plans, forecasts, and monthly narratives.
Partner with FP&A capital team to forecast capital needs and perform DCF/IRR analyses.
Produce timely financial reports for regional, divisional, branch and corporate management.
Lead regional finance team and ensure internal controls are followed.
