• Review contract documents and drawings; coordinate detailing to ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient product delivery.
• Provide total contract management of each project, including detailing, scheduling, and costs.
• Oversee contractual obligations on assigned projects and ensure adherence to change orders.
• Coordinate requirements with contractors, engineers, and architects using company guidelines.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractor and detailing teams to meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
