Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a hands-on Rebar Fabricator to manufacture customized reinforcement products per work orders and customer specs. You will operate cutting and bending machinery, stage and inspect materials, and prepare shipments in an industrial setting.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and adhering to safety policies. Prior experience in rebar fabrication and forklift certification are valued, with outdoor work and varying weather

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or rebar fabrication.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.
• Forklift certification where applicable.
• Use of PPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specifications.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated bending machines).
• Stacks, bands, stages, and organizes materials according to production flow.
• Inspects finished materials for accuracy and conformity to specs.
• Prepares products for shipment with protective materials to prevent damage.
