Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a hands-on Production Associate to fabricate reinforced steel (rebar) products per work orders and customer specs. You will operate and set up rebar fabrication equipment, inspect finished materials, and prepare shipments in an industrial setting.

The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, outdoor/indoor work, and adherence to safety policies. HS Diploma or GED preferred; 0–2 years in the field encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors/indoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specifications.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated machines).
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials following production flow and supervisor direction.
• Inspects finished materials for conformance to specifications.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective materials to prevent damage.
