Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a hands-on worker to manufacture customized rebar products in a production environment. You will follow work orders and customer specs, operate rebar fabricating equipment, and prepare products for shipment.

The role involves outdoor/indoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety standards. Prior rebar or fabrication experience is preferred and forklift/overhead crane certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in related area.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tags.
• Set up and safely operate rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated bending machines).
• Stack, band, stage, and organize fabricated materials per production flow and supervisor directions.
• Inspect finished materials visually and by measurements to ensure conformance to specs.
• Prepare completed products for shipment with protective materials to prevent damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety policies and training.
