Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a hands-on Rebar Fabrication Associate to manufacture customized rebar products in alignment with work orders and customer specs. You will operate rebar fabrication equipment, manage material handling, and prep finished products for shipment in an industrial setting.

This role involves outdoor/indoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety policies, with occasional travel and weather exposure according to facility needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in rebar fabrication or related production.
• Experience in reading work orders and rebar tags.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification required, where applicable.
• PPE use is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specs.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated bending).
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials per production flow and supervisor direction.
• Inspects finished materials visually and with standard measurements for conformance.
• Identifies defects and makes adjustments per established processes.
• Prepares products for shipment using protective materials to prevent damage.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized work area and follows safety policies.
