Job summary

White Cap is seeking a production-focused worker to fabricate rebar according to work orders and tag specs. The role involves operating rebar equipment, inspecting materials, and preparing finished products for shipment in a safety-conscious setting.

With 0–2 years of experience and a HS Diploma or GED, you’ll join a hands-on team. The job is onsite, outdoors in varying conditions, and requires PPE; forklift/crane certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience reading basic work orders and rebar tags.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery.
• PPE usage is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products per work orders and tag specs.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment.
• Inspects materials and ensures conformance to specs.
• Prepares products for shipment with protective materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety policies.
• Performs duties indoors and outdoors with weather considerations.
