White Cap is seeking a production associate to fabricate reinforcing steel (rebar) products in a busy manufacturing environment. You will follow work orders and quality standards while operating fabrication equipment and handling materials for shipment.

This hands-on role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety policies in both indoor and outdoor settings. HS Diploma or GED preferred; 0-2 years experience a plus; forklift/crane certification may be

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certification may be required.

Mansioni

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specifications.
• Operates rebar fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, and automatic bending machines.
• Stows, bands, and stages materials to production flow and supervisor direction.
• Inspects finished materials for accuracy and conformance to specs.
• Prepares products for shipment with protective materials to prevent damage.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area; adheres to safety policies.
• Performs duties indoors and outdoors, with varying weather conditions as required.
