White Cap is seeking a hands-on Production Associate to manufacture customized rebar products following work orders, tags, and quality standards. This on-site role involves safe operation of fabrication equipment, material handling, and preparing finished products for shipment in an industrial setting.

You will set up and operate shears, benders, and automated bending machines, inspect outputs, correct issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using basic fabrication equipment is a plus.
• Ability to read work orders and rebar tags.

Responsabilités

• Fabricates rebar products according to work orders and tag specifications.
• Operates shears, benders, and automated bending machines safely.
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials following production flow.
