Job summary

White Cap is seeking a hands-on production worker to fabricate customized rebar products per work orders and customer specifications. You will operate rebar fabrication equipment and prepare finished products for shipment in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, addressing defects, and maintaining a safe, organized work area while following all safety policies. The role may involve outdoor work and variable weather.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in related production work.
• Ability to read work orders and rebar tags.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and tag specifications.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated machines).
• Stacks, bands, stages and organizes materials following production flow.
• Inspects finished materials visually and with measurements for conformance.
• Prepares products for shipment with protective packaging to prevent damage.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety policies; reports hazards.
