Job summary

White Cap is seeking a hands-on production worker to manufacture customized rebar products in accordance with work orders, rebar tags, customer specifications, and quality standards. This role involves safe operation of rebar fabrication equipment, material handling, and preparing finished products for shipment in an industrial environment.

You will set up and safely operate equipment such as shears, benders, and automated bending machines; stack and stage materials; inspect finished products

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; 0-2 years of experience.
• Able to operate rebar fabrication equipment safely.
• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate reinforcing steel (rebar) per work orders and tags.
• Set up and safely operate shears, benders, and automated bending machines.
• Stack, stage, and organize fabricated materials according to production flow.
• Inspect finished materials for conformance to specifications.
• Prepare completed products for shipment with protective packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Work indoors and outdoors, with exposure to weather as required.
