Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is seeking a hands-on Rebar Fabricator to manufacture customized reinforcing steel in a fast-paced industrial setting. You will read work orders, set up equipment, and prepare products for shipment while following safety policies.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working indoors and outdoors, and operating machinery like shears, benders, and cranes. Prior experience in rebar fabrication is preferred; a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products per work orders and tag specs.
• Sets up and operates rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated bending machines).
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials according to production flow and supervisor direction.
• Inspects finished materials visually and by measurements for accuracy.
• Identifies defects and makes adjustments per established processes.
• Prepares finished products for shipment with protective packing.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety policies.
