Job summary

White Cap is seeking an on-site production teammate to manufacture customized rebar products in accordance with work orders and tags. This hands-on role involves operating fabrication equipment safely and preparing finished products for shipment.

You'll work indoors and outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow quality standards and safety policies. Prior rebar fabrication or high-volume industrial production experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Prior experience in rebar fabrication or high-volume industrial production is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders and rebar tag specifications.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, automated machines).
• Inspects finished materials for conformance to specifications.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and adheres to safety policies.
