Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and high quality.

You will supervise hourly staff, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track. Expect overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and work from a home store with travel to surrounding states as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field as stated.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and supervise hourly team members.
• Coordinate with store leadership to keep remodels and new stores on time and within budget.
• Travel across the US to project sites; manage escalations and ensure quality standards.
