Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope and deliverables through effective project management.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials aligned with project schedules.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with design managers to implement design changes and resolve issues.
• Direct associates and contractors on project processes, timelines, and merchandise placement by to meet company and facility goals.
• Communicate project plans, risks, and adjustments to stakeholders, maintaining alignment with corporate strategies and operational needs.
• Facilitate meetings to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives, driving corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor budgets and schedules to optimize economic and customer experience outcomes.
