Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis.
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores across the US.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; overnight stays paid for RPC roles.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership.
• Partner with store leads to keep projects on track and within budget.
