Job summary

Walmart US Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own the delivery of store and club remodels, new builds, and special projects across the United States. You will ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards while partnering with store leads to supervise hourly associates and address escalations.

This role involves frequent travel, remote base from a home store, overnights, and a compensation range of $60,000 to $110,000 with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel frequently to projects across the US and manage overnight stays as needed.
