Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.

Your role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with leadership to stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis OR 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree; 1 year leading cross-functional teams; Project Management Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores/clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations; collaborate with store leadership.
• Travel to projects across the US; work with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
